Repair Order Model: A repair order can be for a customer or can be an internal repair order for specific number of non-functional inventory. A repair assessment is performed to determine what needs to be repaired. If the repair is not under warranty then a repair quote is made and given to the customer. If the customer agrees to the repair quote a repair sales order is created for "Parts and Labor" incurred by the repair. This model is dependent on Product Service Request Model, Inventory Control Model, Sales Order Model, Repair Assessment Model, and Repair Quote Model.
